How to
open the white napkin and fold it in 2.
put the second napkin on the other
return them
fold in accordion to get many layers
stop the folding to have a length to continue (upper to half width)
fold in 2
take the part on the other side and form a base fo the fan
return the folding
unfold the fan
put on the plate
put a petale on the middle
